Welcome to 2010. Wow. I remember in high school a number like that sounded like something so "in the future." Well...oops, I guess I'm there and someone forgot to tell me. Yet, regardless of the way I am here I am grateful for the past year. For some reasons, merely because it is over, for others because I am so thankful that I have had another year to watch my children grow, to watch myself grow.
And so...a new year begins. I'm not a believer in New Year's Resolutions, not because I think resolutions are dumb, but because I think it's really super dumb to make a whole lot of them in one day...the chances of carrying that through, um...zilch. So, I have decided to be 'resolute' to make lots of little changes, every day, odd days, sad days, mad days, happy days...to be MORE, to not let things weigh so heavily, to learn how to trust.
At the end of 2010 I imagine many things will be the same, but I hope deeply that many things are not.
So...to my third year of being a "blogger," here's to many more memories.

I second the resolution idea. .. lame. Who really keeps any of those anyway? Might as well admit I am not going to exercise, loose my belly, or eat better. Cheers :)
