along the adventure...

I think it's fair to call house-hunting an adventure....just think of all the shades of carpet you can see, colors of walls...it can definitely give you some inspiration, and make you promise to yourself that you will never to do a bathroom in handprints, because even though in theory the idea is cute, it's really not (see illustration below).

What a lovely shade of red.  Looks like blood, actually.  A sea of blood.  How comforting to have blood-colored carpet through the whole house!

Now I don't want to tempt fate, but we believe we may have found what will be our next home for hopefully as long as the kiddos are in elementary school.  Because our future landlord is also Eric's dad I don't think he'll mind if I proudly show off his new house...

I have so many ideas and wishes and to-do-lists in my head it's starting to keep me up at night. 
I couldn't be more excited about this potential move.
