dear college advisor,

I'm a nice person, I am.  I try very hard to do what I say I am going to do and to be a good daughter, sister, friend, fiancee, mother, because those are the roles I have accepted.  And with an acceptance of a role, comes a certain responsibility.

SO...when you accept the role of being a college advisor, perhaps you should take your role of advising seriously and actually know what you are talking about before you answer questions, give definitive instructions, AND COST ME $65 IN UNNECESSARY FEES. 

I am very, very irritated.
