makin' a list

While at papa jay's last weekend, we got an unexpected gift from Deb, so to speak...about ten catalogues arrived in the mail, full of all the things she would have loved to get for the kids for Christmas...educational toys, a full book on just Christmas dresses (they are so beautiful!)...basically just pages and pages and pages of childhood wonder. The kids spent at least an hour this night thumbing through the pages telling eric and i exactly what they wanted. So far, Katie would like a dollhouse, fifteen puzzles, at least ten games and everything else on the pages she could find that was pink. Carter would like a three-tier train set, the car/train table, and everything else blue on the page :)

this is serious stuff, mom...i can't be bothered to smile
pppplllleeeaaassseee momma...can I have it all???
